In the latest blow to Scientology’s plans to expand their UK headquarters near East Grinstead, Sussex the local Highways Authority have submitted a letter calling the application “insufficient” and “open-ended”, demanding further information before approval is granted.
The Church of Scientology have paved over approximately 7 acres of agricultural farmland in order to serve as a car park for their upcoming IAS event, despite environmental concerns and lacking permission from the local authority.
After eight months of dispute with West Sussex Highways, the Church of Scientology have finally removed a 130ft hedge, concealed fencing and wooden sleepers it had placed on public land opposite it’s UK headquarters in order to obstruct protestors.
