Earlier this year we shared some of Scientology’s yearly statistics from their UK headquarters and analysed what that means in terms of their so-called ‘expansion’. And now we’re six months into 2025 we’ve been sent some updated stats that suggest Saint Hill is off to a slow start and have a lot of catching up to do if they want to be anywhere near last year’s numbers.
According to their 2024 figures, Saint Hill made “680 Clears & OTs” at year end. Six months into 2025, we’d expect Saint Hill to be reporting they’re about half way to that number but their latest update shows they’ve made 196, just 28% of last year’s number.
Of that figure, they’re reporting they’ve made 34 New OT V’s – the highest level on the Bridge to Total Freedom that can be delivered at Saint Hill. We weren’t given a number at year end, but it’s worth noting each time somebody progresses from one OT level to the next they are counted in the “Clears & OTs” figure, meaning one person going from Clear to OT V would account for 6 ‘Clears & OTs’.

Interestingly, they’ve given us a breakdown of the auditing hours delivered. So far this year, 18,362 hours have been delivered in the HGC (Hubbard Guidance Center, meaning professional paid-for auditing) and 25,559 Solo hours have been recorded. Solo auditing is done on the upper levels of the ‘Bridge to Total Freedom’ and involves auditing oneself on the E-Meter, rather than with another person.
Last year, Saint Hill delivered a total of 184,000 ‘Well Done Auditing Hours’, but six months in to 2025 the combined figure makes 43,921 – just 23% of last year’s number.
Auditing is typically sold in ‘intensives’ – a package of 12.5 hours sold with a discount. In 2024, Scientology’s propaganda told us Saint Hill had completed 8,856 intensives and as of June 2025 they’re reporting 2,713. That totals 33,912 hours of auditing and just 30% of last year’s numbers.

This also tells us around 10,000 auditing hours were delivered on the more expensive hourly rate, rather than as part of a package, although this could also include any auditing given to staff members working at Saint Hill.
And finally, last year, Saint Hill claimed to have made 250 auditors and six months into 2025 they’re reporting that number is 71, just 28% on last year.
These numbers tell us that six months into the year Saint Hill. which is Scientology’s largest and most senior-ranking ‘Organisation’ in the UK, is falling roughly 20% behind on last year’s numbers. It’s also worth noting Scientology have a reputation for inflating their publicly-available statistics, so we’d advise you take their reported figures with a pinch of salt.. but regardless the trend remains the same: Scientology is declining, slowly but surely.
